As a brand new web this project began as "SEO Neutral" which is very positive, but with no content and no history in one of the most competitive B2B sectors. As a result it took 3 months to create a solid Google Footprint and from that point onwards, we could concentrate on growing the SEO Traffic with a view to generating SEO Contacts.
Our SEO Strategy with this project was to wrap our limited product pages with a large number of blog pages. To generate Blog Content, there are two options. EC Center can generate the Blogs immediately using EC Agents that are native speakers and trained in SEO Content Creation. Another option is to use Blogs created by the owners of the web. Initially, we tried the latter option but then to speed things up, EC Center started to generate Blogs also.
Once the number of pages started to increase with keyword-rich Blogs, we started to get more SEO traffic to the "money pages" (product pages) and we finally started to receive SEO Contacts. A year later this project has a solid footprint, constant traffic, and a steady rhythm of SEO Contacts which continues to increase.
The greatest challenge with this project going forward is to keep increasing the BLOG content while still enhancing and if possible increasing the PRODUCT content.
Advanced SEO Reports suggest which keywords and which "money pages" have high potential to generate SEO Contacts. The BLOG Generation Strategy uses a subset of these reports to understand how they can support, and NOT compete with, the "money page".
