The "short answer" to this question is that EC Centers build websites, both B2B and B2C. Most of our customers in Europe are B2C, but in China, most customers are B2B.

A more "precise answer” to this question is that we build optimized websites - very optimized websites. Optimized for search engines (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). We have extensive experience - 20+ years - and vast amounts of B2B and B2C data 20+ years, and in our EC Centers, our EC Agents continually monitor and analyze this data.
This makes us very good at SEO, especially Google SEO, and we feel we have spent so much time with the GoogleBot it’s like a family member.

Our Technology – EC Engine
First of all, we do not depend on any platform. We own and develop in-house our e-commerce platform called the EC Engine. It has been developed over the last 20 years based on customer requests. Rather than telling the customer what they need, we listen to them and incorporate their suggestions and requests into the platform. This results in a platform functionality designed and defined by Irish, Spanish, and Chinese users for their specific needs and requirements. As we own and develop EC Engine, we can meet customer requests.
We are a European / Chinese Company
You must be in China and have a Chinese company to do business in China. We are a Chinese Company with an Irish CEO as the majority shareholder and owner. If you do business with us, you are doing business like any other Chinese Company.
As CEO of the EC Center network, I am familiar with SEO. I have been doing SEO for over 20 years. I have worked in the finance sector and Silicon Valley internet companies and started my own internet companies. This is my passion. I have never taken shortcuts or tried to trick anyone.
Through our years of hard work and service to the customers in Ireland and Spain, we have built up a massive loyalty amongst our customers. We aim to do the same in China.
What’s the future?
Mobile / IoT / 5G
The future is only a day away; never was that more true than in China. Mobile, IoT, and 5G are already a reality for those living in China. But what does that mean for SEO?
The person viewing this will have either an Android, an Apple, or a Huawei phone in their hand. Android is a Google OS, which is the future of Google Search. iOS is an Apple OS that currently relies on Google Search but is possibly working on Apple Search. And in October 2021, Huawei will announce HarmonyOS. Since our EC Agents have identified an avalanche of PetalBots since early July, could Huawei try to prime their new search engine as quickly as possible?
Whatever happens, EC Centers will be watching, analyzing, and adapting, and EC Center customers will be growing.
Happy… AI + Big Data
The future is almost certainly "happy.” It’s not difficult to write a program to identify "good” or "bad”; the algorithm is straightforward, although the coding may be complex. But writing a program to identify "happy” or "sad" is another thing. You need artificial intelligence (AI) and much data to understand human behaviour. This has already started with the Core Web Vital change identified by EC Agents in July 2020. Still, by the summer of 2021, SEO will have evolved from Search Engine Optimisation to Search Experience Optimisation. EC Centers and the EC Engine will incorporate these changes.
Digital Globalisation / GEO Localisation
Since the pandemic, the world has become very localized. We cannot travel freely. We give our meetings and our presentations digitally. Globalization still exists and grows digitally, but having a physical presence in different locations will become more challenging.
We believe that the EC Center Network will play a part in helping our customers and our EC Centers to have some "physical” presence in remote locations, even through a friendly EC Manager or EC Agent. To this end, we will continue to grow our EC Network to benefit all our customers and EC Centers, especially in Asia and Europe.
Of course, all the changes our EC Agents identify and all the requests our customers make will be incorporated into the EC Engine to help it evolve continuously. Our EC Agents will continue to receive and impart training to reflect the ever-changing world of SEO. And our commitment to growing our customers will always define our company strategy.
