B2B Strategy

This sector is very popular with a B2B audience, so defining a strategy that attracts a more technical audience, specifically food manufacturers and NOT food consumers, is important. We add sector-specific technical data, including PDFs such as product specifications and machinery characteristics. This sector is very competitive in B2C. However, B2B is a sector with a lot of potential and is relatively easy to position compared to traditional B2B sectors.

B2C Strategy

EC Center has worked on some B2C projects in the food sector, but most people do NOT use SEO to search for food but rather specialized food delivery apps. Our experience was that the stock control, with many items having expiration dates and delivery limitations (hot food needs to arrive hot, cold food cold, and fresh food fresh), made the back office requirements very complex. A special module was developed for EC Engine to support this highly complex stock control, delivery radius, and overnight order generation to replenish stocks to support a franchise. However, the model was too niche and had no SEO value.
