In 2020 EC Center migrated a custom-made design to EC Engine and increased the number of webs from 5 to 14, applying MultiLanguage and Regional SEO. Over a period of 2 years, the SEO traffic grew significantly both in Google and Naver.
During that time, EC Center also developed special functionality for the web and its back office. Advanced SEO Reports were sent to the marketing teams, and the EC Engine CRM tracked all SEO and SEM contacts.
Following a huge brand redesign, the SEO responsibilities for this project were passed to another supplier in January 2022. After a bad SEO experience and a bad "technical platform" experience, EC Center was recalled to correct the SEO damage caused. Our first priority was to recover from the negative effects caused by the previous supplier in the first half of 2022. In the second half of 2022, the SEO damage was repaired, and the SEO traffic exceeded the KPIs.
During 2022 the technical platform also experienced issues, and EC Center was able to offer its CDN solution which allows EC Engine to communicate with Google for SEO and improve performance, security, and flexibility for adding new pages to the web and adding new languages.
