THXSILK

THXSilk is a famous brand in China's silk home textile industry, integrating research and development, design, production, and sales. Inheriting the 5,000-year heritage of silk quilt-making skills in the Taihu Lake basin, the company also innovates and develops various silk products, forming four major product series: silk quilts, bedding sets, silk accessories, and silk apparel, and continuously exploring the "changing life with silk" home style.

Thxsik is a premium silk manufacturer in China, with multiple high-street stores across the country. It is also famous in the US and UK as a luxurious high-end supplier of silk bedding and silk sleepwear products. The Thxsilk website is on the Shopify platform and was initially highly optimized for SEM traffic. The customer realized that organic traffic, SEO traffic, and related orders were declining and decided to contract our Total SEO consultancy service.

EC Center began by identifying the issues that were holding back the organic traffic. EC Center initially addressed Shopify platform issues by assisting the customer in modifying the internal Shopify Code. Once we had addressed these Technical SEO issues, we addressed Design SEO issues by analyzing the AMP, responsive, and multilanguage-related design templates. This took approximately a month, and once we had observed the effect of our technical and design changes, we began the Content SEO optimization.

Thxsilk is a very powerful web with a huge amount of SEM-driven sales. The challenge for EC Center was to optimize the content (Products, Blogs, Static Pages) for Organic traffic (SEO) while not affecting the current, highly effective SEM optimizations. To achieve this, we coordinated every change with the customer's digital marketing team, explaining the benefits of each change we proposed while confirming that this would not affect existing campaigns. By using Advanced SEO Reports which were interactive and in real-time, EC Center and the customer could observe the action and reaction in the SERPs of each optimization.

After 3 months, the SEO traffic trend was reversed, and the customer was now receiving the benefit of SEM-driven Sales and SEO-driven online sales. In the following 3 months, EC center continued to optimize content in the main Thxsilk web.
