This project has been very successful in a very short period of time because it did NOT have a previous SEO Supplier !!! As a result, the web was already "SEO Neutral". It had NO duplication, NO Blackhat, NO External SPAM links.
For EC Center, this is the "perfect project" where we can start from "zero" (SEO Neutral) rather than from "-100" (SEO Negative). One KPI for this project was mandatory, a page one positioning in Google for "Gumbase". This was achieved in less than 3 months because this project did NOT have a previous SEO supplier.
This project's greatest SEO challenge was the "domain" (en versus www) and the "content".
Before beginning the project, this web's Google footprint was for en.wuxi-gumbase.com and NOT for www.wuxi-gumbase.com. EC Center decided to retain the current Google footprint and indexation and enhance it rather than doing a "migration" from "en" to "www". This strategy has proved to have been correct given the immediate positive results both in SEO positioning and SEO Contacts.
This web initially had very limited content. A Content SEO strategy was devised to take advantage of the technical B2B information that was available to position this project very strongly in the B2B area while blogs and other informational pages guide the user to the "money pages", the product pages, which currently are generating all the high-quality SEO contacts.
Note that all the SEO Content in this project is available in 4 languages and was translated and proofread by native speakers.
